Meet Michael Mazer, DPM

Dr. Michael Mazer, DPM, is a double board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomate of both the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery as well as the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is also an active member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.

Dr. Mazer earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency training at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. During his residency, he received extensive training in all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery.

A former national-level men’s gymnastics competitor, Dr. Mazer has personally experienced multiple sports-related injuries, which has shaped his strong interest in the surgical treatment of complex podiatric and sports-related conditions. He brings this firsthand understanding into his patient care, combining technical expertise with a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment.
