Dr. Joseph V. Donnelly III is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with extensive training in reconstructive and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle. His clinical background includes advanced experience in complex surgical care, wound management, and multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
Dr. Donnelly earned his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine (Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine) and completed a distinguished surgical residency in Reconstructive and Trauma Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Presbyterian Medical Center, in affiliation with the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. His residency included comprehensive training in general, plastic, and vascular surgery. He has also completed international exchange fellowships in Sweden and Turkey.
Dr. Donnelly is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
He serves on the attending staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, where he previously directed the Center for Advanced Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine. Dr. Donnelly is also a member of the podiatric staff at Virtua Health System and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor, overseeing the Podiatric Residency Program at Presbyterian Hospital/University of Pennsylvania New Jersey Division.
