
Dr. Anna-Kay Thompson is a fellowship-trained podiatrist dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized treatment for a broad range of foot and ankle conditions. Her advanced training encompasses injuries, chronic foot and ankle pain, reconstructive surgery, preventive care, trauma management, limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine.
Dr. Thompson earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before completing a Master of Science at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in 2021.
Following podiatric medical school, Dr. Thompson completed a three-year surgical residency at Boston University Medical Center. She further advanced her surgical training through an American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons-accredited Advanced Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship, which she completed in June 2025.
Through her extensive surgical and clinical training, Dr. Thompson has developed advanced skills in trauma management, reconstructive surgery, limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine. She is committed to combining technical expertise with individualized care to help each patient achieve the best possible outcome.
