Dr. Danny Gomez, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon, having earned certification from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma care, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, and orthotic intervention.
Dr. Gomez earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, where he served as Chief Resident during his third year. During residency, he received extensive training in elective forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, trauma management, sports-related lower extremity injuries, wound care, and diabetic limb salvage.
Dr. Gomez is affiliated with The Valley Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, and St. Barnabas Medical Center. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Gomez combines professional expertise with a patient-centered approach to deliver personalized care.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Gomez enjoys photography, focusing on portrait and candid work, and spending time with his wife Louise and their two children.
