Meet Eric Edelman, DPM

Dr. Eric Edelman is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon, U.S. Army veteran, and second-generation podiatrist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical foot and ankle care. He enjoys treating patients of all ages, with a particular interest in children’s foot health. His patients have ranged in age from 6 months to 102 years.

Dr. Edelman treats a wide range of conditions, including heel pain, ingrown toenails, fungal nail infections, corns and calluses, warts, bunions, hammertoes, sports injuries, and diabetic foot concerns. His practice also includes orthotics, wound care, and both conservative and surgical treatment of pediatric and adult foot deformities, including flatfoot and high-arched (cavus) feet. He welcomes patients with everyday foot concerns as well as more complex conditions.

Dr. Edelman earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2003. He completed a three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York, serving as Chief Resident during his final year. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Having grown up around his father’s podiatry practice, Dr. Edelman brings a lifelong connection to both the profession and the community, along with a commitment to individualized care.

Outside the office, Dr. Edelman enjoys spending time with his wife Kendalia, traveling, and riding motorcycles.
