Dr. Jack Levenson, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, with particular expertise in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Levenson earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College, graduating magna cum laude, where he was actively involved in campus leadership and served as Student Chairperson of Campus Affairs. He went on to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of his class.
He completed a rigorous four-year residency at New York-Presbyterian/Queens, with additional rotations at New York-Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Levenson received extensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including trauma, elective reconstructive procedures, and arthroscopy.
A former collegiate soccer player, Dr. Levenson developed an early interest in biomechanics and sports-related foot and ankle injuries. He is known for his empathetic, patient-centered approach and works closely with each patient to develop treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and lifestyle. A native New Yorker born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Levenson is proud to serve patients throughout New York City and Long Island.
