Meet Philip Bernstein, DPM

Dr. Philip E. Bernstein, DPM, FACFAS, is a highly experienced and board-certified podiatric surgeon with more than 40 years of expertise in treating complex foot and ankle conditions. Practicing at Dr. Elliot Bernstein, Ltd., in both Wayne and Paoli, PA, Dr. Bernstein is known for his comprehensive surgical and non-surgical approach, delivering exceptional care that reflects decades of clinical excellence. He specializes in podiatric surgery and the full spectrum of podiatric medicine, with particular experience in treating plantar fasciitis, sports-related injuries, and chronic foot and ankle disorders.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Bernstein completed residency training at Hayward Hospital and the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital in California. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
