
Dr. Razdum U. Ahmed is a surgically trained podiatrist with advanced experience in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma, diabetic limb salvage, and complex foot and ankle procedures. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Dr. Ahmed brings extensive surgical training and a strong commitment to comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Ahmed earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He subsequently completed his podiatric surgical residency at Detroit Medical Center, where he trained across a diverse range of surgical cases and developed significant operative experience and autonomy.
His clinical and surgical interests include reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma, diabetic limb salvage, flatfoot reconstruction, Achilles tendon repair, tendon transfers, arthrodesis, and transmetatarsal amputation. His approach to surgery emphasizes preparation, attention to detail, and thoughtful procedural planning.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ahmed enjoys working out and exploring different cuisines. He also speaks Bengali fluently.
