Meet Lakshmi Mummadisingu, DPM

Dr. Lakshmi Manisha Mummadisingu is a foot and ankle surgeon at Red Bank and Freehold.

Dr. Mummadisingu graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree, major in Biology and minor in Chemistry, from Rutgers University. She then went onto pursue her doctoral degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Later she completed a comprehensive three year surgical residency with rearfoot/ankle reconstruction at Hackensack Meridian Health-Palisades Medical Center under renowned podiatric and orthopedic surgeons in the community. Due to her great work ethic and dedication, she was selected to serve as a chief resident.

With her excellent training in lower extremity trauma, arthroscopic procedures, ankle ligament repair, sports medicine, pediatric conditions, diabetic limb salvage, and general podiatric conditions she looks forward to treating patients.

Dr. Mummadisingu treats each patient in a multi-disciplinary manner with exceptional care and emphasizes the importance of educating patients about their condition while developing treatment plan.
